MEET SHAUNA
The Heart Behind Hooked For Life
Hi, I'm Shauna Bradford (Jasken) - founder of Hooked For Life, mom to a fearless little adventurer, and lifelong lover of wild coastal places. I grew up in Port Alberni, pending summers growing up Iin Barkley Sound, near Bamfield and now live with my family in Ladysmith, BC, where we're never far from the water, the mountains, or our next fishing trip.
Hooked For Life was born from that blend of adventure and connection - a brand that reflects who we are: a fishing chasing salmon, lingcod, crabbing at sunset, exploring hidden trails, and sharing sushi on the bow of our boat. Whether we're pulling traps, catching halibut, or just soaking in the beauty of Vancouver Island, our goal is to inspire families to get outside, make memories, and pass down traditions the wild way.
I'm also an artist at heart, and I've recently begun sharing my fish art prints online. My designed are often sparked by photo's Isee online and asking permission to use their image to create my fish art. Follow along on Instagram @definedlinefishart to view my fish art.
